Everything a family or an individual needs is within 1-2km of Gramercy including shopping and schools. The potential for rental is supported by the presence of several embassies nearby and the popularity of the area with expats and high flying executives. The design by NBBJ angles the two blocks for optimal views of the surrounding areas and the finishings of the 174 units are high end and with designer wardrobes. The 30 facilities include a 50m grand pool, a large front lawn (perhaps suggestive of Gramercy Park in Manhattan?) and luxury sized carpark lots.
