Amenities close to ARC380 such as shopping and food outlets are too many to be listed but some of the more well known ones are listed below. Three major expressways - PIE, CTE and ECP - are all within 3km away. In 2017 when the Downtown Line Stage 3 is completed, the future Bendeemer MRT station will be just 400m away. Till then, the closest MRT station is Farrer Park on the North-East Line and Lavendar MRT on the East-West Line.
